Bobby Buoy is the apprentice and rookie of the Deep Sea Salvage Crew. Going to retrieve the Shark Key is his first mission. Bobby Buoy is happy to help out, make friends and make mistakes. Eager to learn and always bounces back from failure. He is unintentionally funny, makes silly mistakes, and provides slapstick comedy. He dreams of being an official member of the Deep Sea Salvage Crew. Him and Axel Storms are absent from the film.
