Description[]
- Appearance: Resembles more of a fish than a human. The 2000 year old armor has melted into his skin and covers the backspine of the water creature.
- Personality: The epitome of wickedness, his obsession is to keep Atlantis and its guardians under his control.
- Humor: Loves to let out a mean and furious laugh, even when the situation is not funny at all. However, the laughter often results in swallowing water and spouts of coughing.
- Attack: Even though he knows how to fight, he prefers to look his underlings fight from the sides, while laughing maliciously.
